Getting started with injectables?
Schedule a consultation with our Board-Certified Dermatologists. During this consultation, one of our experienced doctors will personally evaluate the anatomy of your face to determine what injectable treatment is best for you. While our doctors educate you on your treatment, they will discuss pricing based on your injectable needs. Your consultation fee will be waived if you choose to move forward with treatment on consultation day.

We'll help you reach your skin goals with the right products and treatments. We will also let you know what might not be right for you. To get started on your skincare journey to healthier skin, schedule a $50, 1-hour consultation. During your consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to be examined by one of our professionals. Once your needs have been determined, the professional you meet with will recommend a treatment regimen for you and discuss pricing.

At this time, we do not offer pricing for treatments because all of our services and products are customizable to fit your unique needs. To discuss pricing, please contact our front desk to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, all prices will be discussed.
We ask all patients to please arrive ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to start your check-in process.
During your check-in, all new and existing patients will be asked to be fill out all consents on tablets at the front desk.
Please arrive to your consultations with no makeup and your current skin care products. If you do arrive with makeup, the front desk will provide makeup cleansing cloths to help remove any makeup or sunscreen.
At Mountain West Dermatology Aesthetics, we love building relationships with our patients and their families. We strive to provide our patients with an aesthetic experience that is educational, beneficial, and enjoyable, all while ensuring the health and safety of each and every person in a relaxing environment.
Many of the services we offer require the use of protective eyewear for safety or involve procedures where it is imperative that the patient remain still and not distracted during their treatment.
With this in mind, we have updated our policy on children and guests to give each of our patients the best possible service while simultaneously giving our specialists the opportunity to focus solely on your specific needs and provide you with thorough treatment.
With exception to special needs patients and patients who need a translator, only the patient and the esthetician/doctor or a member of our staff may be allowed in the treatment room.
If you have a guest accompany you to your appointment, we ask that they wait in our waiting area while you receive services. If at any time your guest becomes loud or disorderly, your appointment will be rescheduled to another date. In the event your service must be interrupted and rescheduled, you may be charged additionally to any quotes for services and/or forfeit your booking fee.
To ensure the safety of your children, we ask that parents/guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services.
No children will be allowed to accompany an adult in a treatment room.
All clients under the age of 18 receiving services should be accompanied by a parent/guardian and will need parental consent prior to receiving any services.
We would like to ensure we are able to serve all of our patients in a timely manner, as we have a long list of patients hoping to be seen sooner. We understand that life happens and changes occur and with enough notice it gives us an opportunity to accommodate our patients.
While we make every effort to provide a reminder at least 24 hours before your appointment, ultimately the responsibility of our patients to remember their scheduled appointments.
We require a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
There is a $75 fee for all late cancellations, late rescheduled or missed appointments.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact our office at 970-242-6932 within 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. Please do not text our automated system.
If you need to cancel, call the front desk.
Any unexcused no show (missed appointment without notification) may compromise your ability to schedule future appointments and a $75 fee may be charged.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule and a no call no show fee will be charged.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, Cherry and CareCredit.
We do not accept any forms of insurance
Your receipt will now include a 4% card processing fee to cover the rising cost of card acceptance.
If you pay cash or check, the fee is waived.
